We categorized all our product by personality types to help the gift giver find the right product. We wanted to gameify the process so we introduced our Minni-Concierge, Jena to help with the process.
We had our followers screenshot the ‘this or that’ game board, post their answers to their stories and tag Minnidip. Jena, our Minni-Concierge would then reply to each post via DM with her gifting answer and a 20% off discount code.
